        Tekyol Construction Co. was founded in 1968. Through efficient leadership, communication and our dedication to satisfying
our clients as well as our experienced, skilled and competent staff, Tekyol has undertaken both domestic and international contracts, mostly prestigious projects of the time, successfully completing each and every one. Thus Tekyol grew to be a strong and effective international company; experts in structural and earthworks; by sustained and continual development
through our quality management system.

In Tekyol every employee takes pride in completing difficult, complicated and delicate projects on time, within budget and in a manner that exceeds the needs and expectations of our clients, but first of all ‘safely’. Our clients, over the past 40 years know that whatever type of project they expect, from airports to blasting, from industrial plants to highway projects, from factory site development to pipelines we were, are and will be their partners in getting the work done on time, cost effectively and with most value added to our client’s capital investment. Above all Tekyol has worked and will work safely, environmentally friendly, in regard with international and local regulations, legislations associated with these projects.

In meeting with these goals;

- Tekyol Corporate Management recognizes its responsibility for creating and sustaining a culture that supports the implementation of high standards of HSE, therefore provides the necessary leadership and commitment to ensure that the necessary resources to develop, operate and maintain the HSE Management Program and to achieve the HSE Policy and objectives are available.
- The HSE Policy and objectives will be communicated to all employees through Corporate Management messages, newsletters, awareness programs and training.
- Employee training will be provided at all levels through courses, orientation programs, toolbox meetings, unsafe act and condition auditing and site inspection.
- Tekyol believes that all accidents, incidents, injuries and illnesses are preventable. This is achievable through our desire for continuous improvement, dedication to Safety Excellence, and our Zero Accident Philosophy.
- Tekyol will monitor, audit and review the HSE performance of operations and activities.
- Every member of our workforce will follow procedures consistent with applicable safety standards and constantly maintain their own personal obligation to observe safe operating procedures keeping in mind that it is the right of any employee to stop work that presents danger to personnel, the environment or property.
- Tekyol will promote HSE Policy values with our customers, subcontractors, suppliers/vendors and neighbors.

        The cooperation and commitment of all employees in observing and complying with this policy will result in protecting the environment and safeguarding employees and the public from unacceptable risks providing projects with Zero Loss Time.

To achieve our goal, Tekyol is implementing an effective quality management system, which conforms to ISO 9001:2000 requirements.

To realize these policy objectives senior management is committed to:
