Achieved Targets of Tekyol Management System
Certification of OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 management systems and standards are approved after the audits which were made by LRQA and it was certified that Tekyol is working conveniently OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 management systems and standards are integrated into ISO 9001:2000 standard which was certified on January 2007.
Tuzla site for Marmaray Project BC1
In our Tuzla site for Marmaray Project BC1, where the structural reinforced concrete works are carried for TAISEI Co. Japan, E06 – E05 – E04 – E03 – E02 tube elements’ construction works are going on.

Immersion of the E07 Tube Element was completed and with this immersion total number of the immersed tube elements in the Bosphorus reached to 5. Our construction works for E06, which will be the 6th immersed element in the Bosphorus are completed.

We are planning to start E01 Tube Element’s construction works in January ‘08
Grand Tarabya Hotel
Partial demolition and dismantling works, which were the first step of restoration works of Grand Tarabya Hotel are completed.
Tekyol ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Future Targets for Tekyol Management System
As Tekyol we understand our obligations towards people and the environment, in order to achieve these obligations and in the future exceed the necessities we will integrate the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards into our current ISO 9001:2000 compatible management system. OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 integrated management system certifications targeted for second quarter of 2007.
Bolu Tunnel Opened For Traffic
One of Turkey’s most prestigious projects the Bolu Tunnel have been opened for traffic. As Tekyol we are proud to have partaken in this project.
Yedikule is ready for the tunnel.
As part of Marmaray Project Contract BC1 Tekyol have been working under Gama Nurol JV as structural and earthworks sub-contractor for Yedikule Station. Tekyol’s workscope at Yedikule has finished and the TBM has started excavation of the tunnel. For the finished look please click here.
E11 sent for trial immersion
In our Tuzla site for Marmaray Project BC1, where the structural reinforced concrete works are carried for TAISEI Co. Japan, the first tube element E11 is sent for trial immersion in Buyukada. The finished immersed tunnels will connect Uskudar to Sirkeci.
